Phil Clamp - Senior Manager @Natwest Boxed

I’m a strong fit for you, if…

  • You’re a first-time Director, looking to smash your role
  • You’re a Manager wanting to break into executive roles
  • You’re struggling with C-suite / Board management
  • You want to become a confident Strategist
  • You want to hone your Senior Leadership skills

My Story

I’m Ed, an exited founder, ex-CTO / VP Eng and multi-time Director for a number of different startups. For the past few years I’ve been acting as an independent mentor and leader.

I’ve suffered my fair share of imposter syndrome and overwhelm. Over time, I bootstrapped management and leadership practices right for growing teams under pressure.

I’ve come to find that my greatest sense of satisfaction comes from helping others to navigate those same rapids.

How I work

Style-wise, I’ll admit I’ve never really got on with the ‘traditional’ coaching approach. I tend to act more as a mentor than a coach, which is why I specialise in supporting those who are facing challenges I myself have dealt with. If typical coaching isn’t working out for you, my style might be a better fit.
